Jilebi Instant Mix, 7 oz. Pack of 10 Feature
- A sweet dish for every occassion.
Method of Preparation.
1. Add 625ml of water to 500g Eatwell Instant Jilebi Mix. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2. Pour the batter in a plastic bag or a ketchup dispenser. Cut a small hole at the corner of a bag.
3. Heat oil in a shallow frying pan
4. Hold the plastic bag/ dispenser over the pan, prepare jilebis in concentric circular form by slowly pressing the bag/or squeezing the dispenser.
5. Fry these jilebis on low heat till crispy.
6. Soak hot jilebis in a sugary syrup.
For sugar syrup, dissolve 750g sugar in 750ml of water. Boil it on low heat for 10 minutes
