An instant South Indian Breakfast and snack.

1. Add 300-310ml to 200g Eatwell Instant Appam Mix and stir well, keep aside for 5 minutes. 2. Mix 1/4 cup dixed onion. 1 tbs. spoon green chilly pieces, finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to the batter and mix well. 3. Heat the Appam pan with moulds. Pour 1 tea spoon oil in the moulds and smear them. Pour 1.5 tbl spoon batter in each mould and cover the pan. 4. Cook Appam from both sides. Prepare remaining Appam with same method. 5. Serve Hot Appam with Eatwell Idli Dosa Chutney
